Tools included in this add-on:
- Defender for Endpoint Plan 2: More advanced endpoint protection
- Defender for Office 365 Plan 2: Enhanced email and collaboration protection
- Defender for Identity: Detect identity-based threats, anomalies, integrate identity signals into broader threat detection
- Defender for Cloud Apps: Cloud/SaaS app security, shadow IT discovery, monitoring for risky cloud app configurations and app-to-app / OAuth threats
- Entra ID P2: Advanced identity protection and governance
Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium ($10 per user per month)
The Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium is focused on Governance and Compliance. This makes it ideal for organisations in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal, education), handling sensitive or confidential data, preparing for audits, compliance checks, or legal discovery and managing insider threats or prevent data leaks. Tools included in this add-on:
- E5 Information Protection & Governance: Classify/label sensitive data, prevent accidental data leaks or unwanted sharing
- E5 Insider Risk Management: Detect risky behaviours, monitor communications for policy violations
- E5 eDiscovery & Audit: Tools for internal investigations, legal holds, audit trails/logging of user/file actions. Includes other data capabilities like data loss prevention (DLP), message encryption, records management and AI-focused data posture monitoring
Both combined for $15 per user per month
SMB customers can unlock up to 68% savings as the value of each individual licenses combined would amount to a total of $47.20 if purchased separately. This package delivers comprehensive security and compliance capabilities without overextending your budget.
