Founded by the current managing director, Huw Godsell, ACS was set up in 1992 as a technical support and installation company to bridge a gap in the service industry. Road to Marketing success
ACS had no internal marketing department and were generating business through Word of Mouth and referrals; their website was also getting very little traffic.
By joining GROW Premium, they learnt that marketing was essential to have sustainable long-term growth by keeping customers up to date and generate new leads in a crowded market.
The Impact of GROW
GROW provides everything required for an effective content marketing strategy for its Premium Partners from blog posts to email templates and a quarterly eBook that is rebranded in the Partner’s branding.
As a Premium GROW Partner, ACS were able to maintain a consistent posting schedule with relevant content created from the latest industry news, this led to an increase in both followers and engagement, with ACS seeing a 64% increase in LinkedIn followers and impressions of 611,837, an increase of 79% in January over the past 12 months.
Leveraging the growing followers and online presence, with the help of Infinigate Cloud GROW, ACS were able to create lead magnets to convert warm leads and gain new prospects.
ACS also took advantage of the email templates from GROW to adopt an omnichannel approach and engage their customer client base providing weekly informative email content with an average 23% open rate, up to 25% click to open rate.
Lastly, the Partner has adopted GROW content by using product-focused content in their sales decks and presentations to engage new prospects.
A Holistic SonicWall Campaign
ACS were looking to target small and medium size businesses (SMBs) and companies in the Education sector who were looking to improve their security posture.
One of Infinigate Cloud’s top vendors, SonicWall, provided this service to Partners and their customers. With the help of GROW, ACS created a campaign focused on security solutions from SonicWall, creating an integrated multi-channel campaign which included paid ads on LinkedIn, organic posting on social media, email blasts, educational blogs and outbound sales days.
This resulted in an increase in traffic to the website by 264.748% over a 3-month period. Sales outreach at end of campaign resulted in 13.5% conversion rate.
What’s next for ACS?
ACS are looking to develop a more comprehensive marketing plan and work on brand awareness to increase inbound leads.
Following the successful campaign surrounding SonicWall, ACS will look into increasing their current offering with Infinigate Cloud by incorporating other vendors such as Acronis and leveraging solution-based campaigns and the adoption of Power Platform to automate their workflows.
They also have plans to hire a marketing executive to keep up with the abundance in demand that has been generated from marketing.
