Role Purpose 

Joining our success-oriented Marketing team based in Fareham, Infinigate Cloud are pleased to advertise a new junior Marketing Manager vacancy. This role reports to the Partner Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned vendors and Infinigate Cloud.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have gained a breadth of marketing experience including communications, events management and digital and social media marketing. This position could be a fantastic progression opportunity for an outstanding marketing executive or junior marketing manager who is seeking to embed a variety of marketing skills and break into the ground-breaking market of cybersecurity, secure networks and secure cloud technologies!

Please note that this is a full-time role based in our modern, open-plan offices in Fareham. We are offering the role on a hybrid basis following an initial training period with 3 days in office, 2 working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with vendor team to understand assigned vendor priorities and business plan, agreeing marketing objectives and key success factors
  • Develop integrated sales and marketing plans using planning standards to maximise vendor investment, generate leads and sales pipeline
  • Execute vendor marketing plans to a high standard within agreed timescales engaging key stakeholders
  • Develop partner recruitment, onboarding and growth programmes aligned to vendor requirements
  • Manage, track and report on activities using lead management tools, collaborating with sales and vendor teams to maximise conversion rates
  • Build effective relationships with local sales teams to ensure alignment, visibility and joint ownership of marketing activities to ensure shared success
  • Provide monthly reports on activity outcomes and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage MDF Claims within financial planning processes working with Finance for day-to-day support and ensure ISO standards are adhered to
  • Leverage PR and social media to amplify vendor technology and solutions, and the Infinigate Cloud branding
  • Create thought-leadership messaging and multi-vendor content that supports the Infinigate Cloud sales teams objectives around technology and vertical specialisations
  • Contribute to the general Infinigate Cloud communications plan, events schedule, digital marketing and social media, website presence and internal communications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice, contribute ideas and leverage your areas of expertise, ensuring strong teamworking within the Infinigate Cloud Marketing Team.

General Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B multi-channel marketing
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and competitive environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, Social Media, Search and Marketing Analytics Platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across an organisation
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and company objectives
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • An understanding and belief in the merits of cloud computing
  • Marketing Qualifications (e.g. CIM) (Desirable but not essential)
  • An understanding of the technology industry and ideally experience with cloud computing (Desirable but not essential)
  • IT channel marketing experience (Desirable but not essential)

  • Confident and professional, with excellent written and spoken communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels within and across an organisation

  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient use of resources to maximise business outcomes.
